What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
It was 13-years since I last stayed in the Castle Lodge. On my return, the front desk receptionist was very chatty and friendly, and I loved her nails 😊 Room 1 was a very comfortable stay. On first impressions when you walk into the room you wonder where the ensuite bathroom is, but when you open nicely hidden double doors, it reveals itself in all its glory. An excellent stay. Thanks to all the wonderful staff.

Nothing. Everything was just perfect for my three-night stay.

I loved that it was so close walking distance to Killarney and all the shops

Nobody like a fire alarm going off at 3;30am, 🙈🤣but that was not the owners fault🤷‍♀️ some silly person in a room🤷‍♀️

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Wonderful room with tea and coffee available with cups, not paper cups. Parking was great and a short walk to dining and entertainment. Price was great and my room and bathroom was larger than other European rooms I paid a lot more.

Excellent location.....also very quiet ...and request i had asked for had been supplied,and would diffently stay there again

Only a very slight complaint ...that it sounded like some sort of heating or water pump was going off at regular intervals...and was just a bit loud .....but other than that no other issues

really lovely guesthouse in the center of Killarney, lovely decor, comfortable rooms, good breakfast. great value for money. will stay here again.

single use disposable plastics e.g. soap and shampoo and shower gel in bathroom all single use. Also condiments and jams at breakfast all in single use plastic packets.

Breakfast starts a bit too late in AM. Also a real communal coffee maker or in room would be better than instant coffee.

My room was so cozy, clean, and had everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious and staff was accommodating. I would recommend and return!
