The staff are very nice. The food is amazing. The room is very comfortable, warm and cosy. Second time there and ever time even better.

I was well welcomed, the employees took care of me when I was at the hotel, without being intrusive at the same time.

It was 13-years since I last stayed in the Castle Lodge. On my return, the front desk receptionist was very chatty and friendly, and I loved her nails 😊 Room 1 was a very comfortable stay. On first impressions when you walk into the room you wonder where the ensuite bathroom is, but when you open nicely hidden double doors, it reveals itself in all its glory. An excellent stay. Thanks to all the wonderful staff.

Nothing. Everything was just perfect for my three-night stay.

I loved that it was so close walking distance to Killarney and all the shops

Nobody like a fire alarm going off at 3;30am, 🙈🤣but that was not the owners fault🤷‍♀️ some silly person in a room🤷‍♀️

Wonderful room with tea and coffee available with cups, not paper cups. Parking was great and a short walk to dining and entertainment. Price was great and my room and bathroom was larger than other European rooms I paid a lot more.

Excellent location.....also very quiet ...and request i had asked for had been supplied,and would diffently stay there again

Only a very slight complaint ...that it sounded like some sort of heating or water pump was going off at regular intervals...and was just a bit loud .....but other than that no other issues
